Absolutely disappointed at the poor service

After making my first booking i pay the full amount for 5 lessons and the use of their car on the date of appointment. Because of the urgency as my Driving test was today 10 September 2018 i requested lessons for the whole of last week. On Tuesday i received my first and the instructor arrived an hour later and nobody bothered to contact me to let me know this. After my first lesson i made contact with the office and requested another lesson for the next day. No confirmation of next driving lesson and i had to follow up again and again. the contact on whatsapp only mentioned on Thursday after i had followed up that they could accommodate me on Saturday and sunday but with a different instructor. With no explanation or apology regarding the inconvenience. This company is so unprofessional and refuses to refund me base don the fact that the instructor had already been booked. which is utter nonsense. I had to a pay another company/ instructor to use her car for my test. People should really do research before signing up . what a bunch of Bull****ters
