Avoid them at all costs.

Mayran, if that's how you spell his name, will call you personally. He is the owner and will sell you a dream, making everything sound legitimate. He will encourage you to take out a loan against your vehicle through him. The deal gets pushed through quickly, and they rush to pay you. At first, everything seems great. I was honestly considering giving them a five-star review.

Unfortunately, once the sale is complete, everything goes downhill.

Mayran suddenly becomes difficult to reach, dismissive, and rude. He claims that he explained certain terms and conditions that we specifically questioned, but that was simply not the case. If you are desperate enough to proceed with them, make sure you get absolutely everything in writing.

Then comes the final issue. Once you pay the vehicle off in full, including all their fees, they provide you with a settlement letter. You use that settlement letter to settle the account, and you would expect everything to be sorted. However, they continue holding your deposit, and if you read previous reviews, you will see that many people claim they never received their deposit back.

The owner, Mayran, will likely respond by saying this is a **** review or that you did not pay. In my case, I settled my vehicle on 3 September, yet they are claiming I did not provide sufficient notice. I was unaware that I needed to give notice in order to buy back my own vehicle.

If you are truly desperate and decide to use them, go ahead, but be prepared for a miserable experience. In my opinion, you are unlikely to see your deposit returned.

Other reviewers have raised the same concerns, and now I am sharing my experience as well. I believe their practices are unfair, and I am proceeding with legal action to resolve the matter.
