Worst refund service

I have never had such an irritating service with Wesbank insurance division. I cancelled my cover in Feb 2018 and account is still being debited. Spoke to Nikita, a manager and her boss who both promised that I’ll get my refund by Thursday, it’s Sunday today. I’ve been speaking to them all week about my refund yet it’s not resolved. An apology from Driva cover/Wesbank is not enough. I demand compensation for the inconvenience they’ve caused me financially. I will never recommend Wesbank to anyone after this experience.
