My experience with cancelling my insurance with them is PATHETIC. I app**** to cancel my insurance in November 2021. I am still waiting on their confirmation letter to say that it is cancelled. It has been a back and forth process with them. I have emailed a confirmation letter of my current insurance a couple of times to them as they requested it however STILL no cancelation of insurance. At the same time it is causing my account to be in arrears which is due to Driva Cover's neglections. I will not recommend this insurance to anybody.
