Firstly they dont see the need to inform you when they increase their premiums. I only noticed when I went onto the app that in a space of 2 years I was paying an exponentially higher premium than when I'd first signed on!! I then opted to cancel, yet 3 months later they are still taking installments!!!! Last month they refunded me R850 after I'd paid over R2000 unnecessarily! This month they have once again debitted funds from my account!! They are chancers looking to benefit off of people's hard earned money!! Join at your own risk!!
