Heart broken parent from the service Dripstore_za has given my kids

My daughter ordered sneakers online from these people and was promised delivery within a week. It's been a month and no one has updated or said anything to her about the order like they are not bothered. She's tried several times to get hold of them but nothing. She ordered for her and my 2 sons and my kids were excited about getting new sneakers but now they are miserable.
