Dripstore

I'd like to be helped regarding an online store called Dripstore.Za that I think has ****med me. I purchased 2pairs of shoes online on Black Friday last year and send the proof of payment and the agreement was I was going to get free extra pair of vans plus 2 socks. I got my package which was sent through via Paxi from pep cell only to find out that there was only one pair. I tried contacting them and they were always telling me stories, now it's worse because they don't even answer my calls.
