I might have been ****med
What a shameful experience I've gone though, having ordered sneakers online. I placed my order on the 30th of December 2025. On the 15th of January 2026 I texted them on WhatsApp relaying my disappointment to the fact that, 2 weeks into placing an order, I had not have any communication whatsoever from them, I'm unable to trace my order. On the 16th I got a response telling me that they had a problem and assured me that I would then recieve the order by the end of the month (January 2026). I enquired again on the 31st of January when I saw that there had been no action from the day they responded. They have never responded to me on WhatsApp since the 16th of January. I started enquiring on their Instagram page on the 6th of Feb 2026 since I was being ignored everywhere else. On the 12th of Feb I got a response saying "You'll gull get your order. Be patient " I'm really just tired of these games they are playing. I don't even want the sneakers anymore. I just want my money back because I don't want to ever deal with them again. Today is the 18th of February. I texted again on Instagram requesting a refund. The message was seen but no response... No paying customer should ever be made to go through what I have gone through with these people. I feel like I have been ****med
