Worst **** of the century

This one company I bought sneakers from online that I found on FB and Instagram. I ordered and paid on the 13th of Dec but till today no sneakers no refund. I used a number they ones called me with to request refund but now they are not talking to me no answering my calls, WhatsApps and emails. They don't even deserve the one star I will there was 0 .
