Unsatisfied service, parcel not delivered?..

On 24 July I bought Jordan sneakers on line. I was recieved email confirming that parcel has been dispatched, order no#28857, and also got Fastway track and trace number. TRACK NO IS NOT LISTED ON FASTWAY. WHATS UP CHAT,EMPTY PROMISES??***
