Unsatisfactory service

I ordered my shoe online on the 23rd December 2021 and I ordered an air jordan 1 black toe 4x1 sneaker for R1599 plus courier fee of R99 and according to their online shop they deliver in 2 - 3 working days. I received my ordered after I followed up with them a few times. Eventually after 5 days on the 30th December my shoe was delivered and it was the wrong color, immediately I sent them a whatsapp letting them know that the color was wrong. On the 31st they responded saying that I should lodge my complaint via they email address *** which I did. On the email I requested that they refund me as on their website it is clearly wtitten that u can be refunded just as long as the complain is logged within 5 days of receiving the item and agan I was not happy about the quality of the shoe. They were ducking and diving, one minute I was talking to this person and the next it was a different person. I was told that I will not receive my refund but rather an exchange, tried disputing it but could not win and I ended up settling for the exchange. Until today I haven't received my shoe nor my refund and I was also told to return the shoe at my expense which I feel is unfair because they made the mistake so that needs to come out of their pocket. I am so unhappy it's not funny.
