Pathetic service and extremely rude staff.

Is this even a legitimate company?? I ordered a sneaker online, paid for it and waited for their delivery. Firstly I needed to follow up with the shop as they **** and said that my sneaker was shipped, but when I checked with the courier company (Fast Way Couriers), the sneaker was not dispatched.

I then called the shop and asked the rude shop assistant to speak to the manager and he refused for me to speak to the manager! I dont even know if there is a manager.

I then received the WRONG SNEAKER 4 days later!!! When I then contacted the shop again, the same gentle, again refused to connect me to the manager!

I am not sitting with sneaker that I paid much more than its actual worth!!

I hope you close your doors, broad ****************!!
