I have purchased a pair of sneakers from DRIP SHOP on 07/07/2022 and paid. The website seems to be legit and the payment method secured as my Bank sent an OTP to my phone, which I have confirmed.

On Sunday, 10/07/2022, my son said to me that he has now read on reviews about DRIP SHOP which are all negative as to the stock being "****". A review by a reputable company "SHELFLIFE" made me more suspicious as to the **** merchandise.

I have contacted DRIP SHOP on Monday, 11/07/2022 to cancel my order, which I received a response that all goods paid for has been shipped (couriered) already.

The merchandise was received on 12/07/2022, with many defects and the fact that the wrong shoe size was sent to me.

Defects such as:

1. The front top of the sneakers have dents (like a very soft texture that just sinks in) - red flag as no sneaker looks like that. 2. Skid marks on the one side of the sneaker; 3. The stitching on the inside of the sneakers is very bad; 4. The texture of the sneakers does not seem to be original.

Other than the abovementioned, the sneakers also have a very bad smell to it.

I was yesterday informed by a Trader that DRIP SHOP is indeed **** and they know who their Suppliers are.

I have sent emails and whatsapp messages, contacted them for the return of their merchandise but all requests falls onto deaf ears.

I was informed last week to send an email to "returns", which I have done, but no response. Yesterday when I have made telephonic queries again, I was asked if I still have the merchandise and I advised yes, cause where do I send it to. I was advised to send a whatsapp message and I will receive a response, but nothing.

I have to date not receive a response, I'm sitting with this merchandise which cannot be utilized due to not just the incorrect size as well as the overall sneakers outlook.

I need this matter to be resolved with great urgency as I require my funds to be returned to me and the merchandise to be returned to DRIP SHOP.
