Poor service

I ordered sneakers from them but the sneakers they delivered with not the sneakers I ordered. I sent a email and a whats app for a return. No one rep**** to my email, on whatsapp they gave me the returns departments email address Sent a email on the 3rd of December and I am still waiting. Its not like a asked them for the sneakers I used my money to buy it now I have to beg them for the correct sneakers, and the mistake it clearly their fault.
