I don't even know where to start. On the 20th July 2021 I bought a pair of sneakers on the Drip Shop website worse mistake was I paid and read the reviews a few weeks later. It was another process of even getting the shoes anyway I sent a whatsapp message to the number on the website after getting a no response on the email I sent. I sent the whatsapp asking where the shoes are. Not even a hello the reply was only YOU'RE SHOES ARE ALREADY SHIPPED. I rep**** saying not even a hello or anything I then told them how poor the service is and how I regret buying shoes from them I then blocked the business. A few days later I unblocked the business again because it's August already and I still haven't received the parcel. They sent me a link with a tracking number and told me to contact aramax and arrange for a delivery. I called the company and arranged for the delivery next day delivery was made. Long story short yes like ALL other reviews the shoes were ****. I then sent another whatsapp message asking for the process of a return and getting a refund they just blueticked me I then sent another message saying I will then join the rest of the reviews on hellopeter they then responded with a "thanks". I lost a whole R1398.00 to this business.
