Extremely bad service

What kind of store is this, so irritated at DripShopZa I ordered online on the 3rd of December as per they instruction it had to be immediate payment transactions... Delivery is set to 3-5 working days today is the 20th and haven't received my parcel. Have been communicating with them and to show there's no remorse towards customers I'm told I must contact Aramex as a customer I paid into DripShopZa and I'm expecting for them to contact Aramex since they decided to use them as a courier service. If a customer is complaining to the store its the store that would have to contact aramex as all is paid and ask why customer hasn't received they parcel... I Dont think it's scientific calculations to put this together... I'm disappointed in such service 1st time ever experiencing online bad and horrible service I need Answers ASAP they whatsapp consultants are just horrible with no respect towards customers
