Drip Shop: Horrible Service

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1 Low Coffee online and they delivered a wrong order (Undefeated X Nike Air Force 1). I reported the matter to them on 16 May 2020 (the same day it was delivered) via email and through WhatsApp messages. They are refusing to correct their mistake by exchange or a refund. They don't respond to emails and on WhatsApp they keep telling me to write an email. Now I am sitting with the wrong order and no assistance. Their service is pathetic. Be warned.
