Drip Shop A ****

On the 3rd of December 2021 I purchased a pair of Jordon Sneakers from the Drip Shop online. I completed my order and proceeded to pay via EFT. I WhatsApp my POP to their WhatsApp business account and requested an ETA. They requested my order number and advised that will revert back to me. I never got any feedback and followed up via WhatsApp on Monday the 6th, they requested my order number again and advised that they would follow up and provide feedback. To date I have not received a decisive answer as to when I can expect t receive my parcel, instead every time I enquire, I am given the run around, no clear answer and have to provide my order number.
