Don't buy from these guys.

This company is terrible at helping their customers. I received a faulty pair of shoes which I'd like to return, they were contacted immediately when we recieved the shoes and made aware that we would like to return them via telephone and e mail and what's app. They just keep telling us to wait for a reply e mail but it has now been 3 weeks already? How long should one have to wait to return something? They are also very abrupt over the phone and not helpful at all. Their product is inferior.
