Disgusting Service from Drip Shop

From Drip Shop, I purchased 4 pairs of sneakers worth R5,697.00. After making payment, 1. The delivery of the order was delayed 2. I ordered an Air Max sneaker, but received an Air Force that was the wrong size 3. I ordered a Puma (White & Pink) Sneaker, but received a Pure White Puma in the wrong size.

For the past 2 weeks, I have notified them via Whatsapp and email, but they have not responded. Now I have sneakers that don't fit and aren't what I ordered.

I'm disgusted that neither my email nor WhatsApp chat has been rep**** to.
