Disappointing Drip Shop

I am utterly disappointed in the Drip Shop. I bought sneakers on 10 December 2021. My mistake was not to insert the reference number 22449 provided by the website when I paid. To this day, the Drip Shop is struggling to trace my payment. I sent screenshots, and was also requested to pdf proof of payment. Alas!!!! To this day, the Drip Shop cannot trace my payment. My bank has advised me to open a casevof ********** deposit so that they can be in a position to assist. I am shocked to see that the Drip Shop has no quality assurance and quality enhancement mechanism at place to mitigate such a risk as I believe I am not the first and the last client to not insert their reference number when making an online payment.
