Bad customer experience

This company does not even deserve 1 star... I ordered a pair of sneakers and did not get confirmation of payment I have called many times and the person on the other side of the line was very rude and kept me hanging on ...still waiting 5 days after forking out R1200 and no response from anyone . my next step will be to get in my car and try find out what is going on over there...i do not recommend this ***** company at all!
