**** Drip plug online store IG: Drip_plug.co.za

I recently bought shoes from Drip plug online store on Instagram their handle is IG: Drip_plug.co.za the shoes were bought on the 16th of March 2022. I have lost all communications after paying the store, they last said they sending my shoes on the 24th but till this day nothing.

Has anyone encountered issues like these with the store? What is surprising is that they used Yoco as a platform and I'm u able to reverse my funds since I have this dilemma with the store.

How do I go on about this? HELP!!
