I bought a sneaker at The Drip Kings online store and it hasn't been delivered it's two weeks now. I tried to find out about my order via their WhatsApp business account and it's not working. I went online also to track my order then it says can't find order. Their help email is not working too cause it's been weeks without reply..

Please I need your help!
