THEY ARE *******

This is complete ***** and ****! 1) I ordered and paid for shoes on 24/07/22 2) I never received the shoes 3) on 29/07 I followed up on the order and was assured they were sent on that day 4) on the 1/08 I called twice and was told they had now been shipped on that day And was given a tracking number 5) when I tried to track it there was nothing 6) I tried calling on 5/08 no answer 7) 08/08 I was assured it would be shipped on that day and that they had moved premises 8). They arrived on 16/08 terrible quality the shoes did not match They were uncomfortable The shoelaces were glued into the bottom of the insole of the shoe I have then whatsapp and telephoned and returned the shoes and have still had no response or refund.
