Soooooo disappointed

I placed and order online on the 26th of march, they said it will take 7 working day max to arrive, even today 13th of april my order has not been delivered and there is no communication from their side, i tried to whatsapp them but they only sent a pic of some packages and said nothing about delivering my order, completely ignored my question,
