Request for refund

I have been waiting for a refund and i am not getting any joy. I have sent countless of emails and texts on whatsApp but no feedback has been received. Spoke to the Witbank store manager Emmanuel, he has promised to follow up even today no feedback, the sneakers were bought on the 21st of August. so they have their sneakers and my money
