Refund

i bought Drip sneakers in centurion via online on the 22/12/2023 for presenting a friend but it seems the size was to big so i asked them via whatsap how can i return it, they say i should send it via Pep Paxi i did that and sms confirming parcel was received but still today no one contacted me and no refund on my account. They are not responding on whatsap and not answering their my phone.
