Poor service

I placed an order on the 28th March 2023 (order no #49343) and it was confirmed. On the 30th March 2023 I received an email notifying me that my order is now completed with a Skynet Tracking number (XD***343) since I've been waiting for my order. Today I sent an email because nothing is happening when I track it and I was told that they've been trying to contact me offwhich that's not true even if that was the case why didn't you send me an email or sms notifying me that you trying to contact me regarding my order. I am honestly not happy with the service.
