Poor Service and refuse to give me my money back

Bought Shoes almost a month ago - They haven't delivered and gave me a rude nonvalid excuse why - Asked them 2 weeks later to refund me and still waiting for my money back.

They don't reply to any of my messages on the WhatsApp business account also not on any emails.
