Poor Customer Service

I made an order of Waves sneakers on the 29th January 2024 online and paid for delivery but to date (07 March 2024) I still haven’t received my order…I have send DM’s, Emails all means of communication to reach them but there is no communication from their side on how the issue is going to be addressed. We are now in the 2nd month I am still waiting for my order that was supposed to have took 7-14 days to be delivered 😭😭.😭.
