Order Not Delivered - Online Purchase

I made an order of Waves sneakers on the 24th of February 2024 online and paid for delivery but to date (12 March 2024) I still haven’t received my order. I have sent DM’s, emails, and all means of communication to reach them but there is no communication from their side on how the issue is going to be addressed. Their contact number on the website is not going through. Disappointed!
