ONLINE PURCHASE, NO STOCK, NO REFUND

I wish to express my disappointment with Drip- online. I purchased a pair of red sneakers on the 20th February online. On the 27th February, I received an email that my order is complete. I was excited and started tracking my order on a daily basis. I was unable to track the parcel. On the 6th March, I phoned to follow up on my order and spoke to Tlotlo and was advised that they do not have my size and she suggested that I choose a different color. I told her that I wanted the Red color only, they must refund my money. She sent me an email on the same day requesting banking details. This was done immediately, and I never heard from them or even receive the money. Today I took the initiative again to call Tlotlo and she said she will follow up with the Finance Department and call me back. Well, I am still waiting for her call. It's been almost a month, no sneakers, no refund.
