ONLINE ORDER NOT DELIVERED

I bought 2 pairs online on the 3rd of August and I am still waiting for my shoes 8 weeks later. When I send these guys an email, they keep saying the shoes are on the way and I will receive them shortly. Had I known that it would take this long, I wouldn't have bought them. I wonder when will I get them
