My Worst Drip Online Store Experience

I ordered sneakers online on the 9th of August. Wrong sneakers were delivered on the 12th. A collection on the 24th was done. Since thenI haven't heard from Drip Footwear. Sent emails, no response. WhatsApp and Facebook conversations end and asking for order number and never get back to me after. Made several phone calls and they ask for order number and promises to get back to me but they never do. Until now I have not received my sneakers or my refund if they dont have the sneakers I ordered in stock. Worst experience ever online.
