I want my money back

I saw an adverti*****t on Drip Facebook book account, the account is facilitated by the guy called Boss Mike (The name of the Facebook page). He advertised the Drip sneakers on 50% and is advising people to order through WhatsApp as the Drip online website is no longer working.

I placed an order through this WhatsApp number ***) on the 9 April 2024 and i was told that I was going to receive my order within four working days. I deposited the money (R500) into the account given through WhatsApp and sent them proof of payment through WhatsApp and this email address ***. Till this date I haven't received my order, I've been given false dates for the arrival of my order ever since. They are not communicating with me, everytime I'm trying to reach out is either I'm being given false hope or I'm being ignored(blue ticked). I told them that either they deliver my order or they refund me my money back, still they failed to refund or to deliver. I even told them that I'm going to take the matter further, still they chose to ignore me. It's been 24 days now and I'm still waiting for my order and my WhatsApp messages are being ignored. I don't know if I'm being ****med or not because Boss Mike is still advertising the sale of the Drip sneakers at Facebook daily. I want my money back. Please intervene Peter
