i made order,in feb n i was yold il get it within 7 days but i ddnt

i made order,in feb n i was yold il get it within 7 days but i ddnt.i wrote many emails and whatsapp vut i was told they are having delivery challenges and they opted to use paxi service.I gave them details on which pep to semnd my order but still,i have nt receive my order.
