Horrible service

My order 32456 was placed on April 9, 2022 for size 5 but when i looked on my profile from their site it mentioned an incorrect size 11 for female, that's when i called them to rectify if,they advised will communicate with Skynet to return the correct size when that recalled size reaches back their offices. till today i have been sending them emails and no response about my size 5 shoes or refund. Why does this company even bother providing online services to customers because they are failing on it.
