Horrible Customer Service by Drip footwear

The service I got is pathetic and uncalled for. I bought sneakers on the 20th of January and a wrong size was delivered to me and since I've been struggling to get a replacement till to date and no one is keen nor available to help me. They don't reply to my emails nor answer my calls and as for my tweeter messages get no attention from them Evan Mr Lekau. I am not sure what to do anymore, I want my money back and they can get their shoe.

I am even worried that if I send this shoe back, I will have to chase them for my money as I have been calling and chasing for them to send the correct shoe size since January.

Such pathetic and horrible customer service.
