Drip shoes, bad support and quality

I bought a pair of Drip sneakers a month ago at woolies. After 1 month with minimal wear, the 1 sole came off and the inner loose. I attempted to get assistance, and after i informed them that i do not have the receipt, they refused. Not even an attempt to ask me to bring the shoes in to them,which i am willing to do. Just a no. Bad quality at an exp price and really not that comfortable.
