Drip refusing to refund my money

Worst experience ever at drip pavilion store. Bought a pair of sneakers and realized that they are uncomfortable, returned them for a refund and they told me to leave the sneakers and come back late when they have cash for a refund. I go the following day and they all of a sudden refusing to refynd me but they have kept the sneakers with them. Its been over 3 weeks now they still keeping the sneakers at the store and refusing to refund me. I need your help in this matter please.
