DRIP Online service sucks

Drip is a big *******, unreliable and unprofessional. Bought online and the size was wrong, I was advised to send back the shoes via PEP Paxi, i did so when i have to provide them with a pin for collection, they are not responsive and i have already sent the sneakers. PEP can only store the shoes for 10 days and time is lapsing, i tried calling, whatsApp and emails without luck. DONT BUY ONLINE as when you return you will not get any assistance. I wonder if they will refund my money. WORST service i have ever come across. Instore they said they dont work with online orders, who will the assist???
