DRIP footwear with **** behaviour

I made a purchase online for a pair of shoes, upon delivery I found that the size was a children's size, so I returned them but they did not have Adult sizes. So I requested a refund and went through the process they advised on, this was September 2023, today it's 14th Feb 2024 and I am still waiting. Worst part is that they don't even respond to my calls or emails, but they were very quick when I was purchasing the shoes.
