DELAYED ORDER

I made an online purchase on the 20th of Red Female Sneakers. Then on the 27th February I received an email with a Tracking Number. Whenever I attempt to track the Parcel it just says Collection Request. I phoned *** today at 11h20. I left a message with the Receptionist and she assured me that someone will get back to me with regards to my order. My order has been paid for online and I have been waiting for 2 weeks now.
