Cracked sole, bad quality shoe

I'm very disappointed in the quality of drip shoes. I only wear my sneaker once in a while but it has cracked at the bottom.. I have very old tekkies of different brands but this has never happened to any of them. I really like their designs and was still will to support them more but wow. I tried to contact them about this and I was told they can't do anything because they are old. How long should your shoe last 👀 why is it not like other brands guys. Local is bad sometimes hey
