Bad Service at Drip store church

Here's my story. I accompanied by my wife get into the church store then there was no one to assist us. We decided to wait maybe they might be on lunch. My wife sits on the couch and continues to wait. I notice people walking away as the long guy who works there is very rude. Then the guys asks my wife what she wants, she answers that she's fine. The guy had the guts to tell her how can she come all the way home to sit in their shop and claim she's fine. Mind you we've been there for a while. I tell him, Maake, his surname, we've been waiting for a while. Guy says he's not talking to me. That time my wife's buying a pair for me. We end up exchanging words then he storms out of the shop. I've never experienced such bad service in that store, mind you that's my 3rd Drip pair. I think the guy needs customer service training
