bad service

I would rate half a star or nothing at all. the service I received from Drip is beyond poor and unacceptable. mid December 2022 I saw a advert on @drip.or.drown_sa Instagram page. Placed an order using their WhatsApp +***9. I never received the order, till today June, 2023, I still don’t have my shoes or Refund and I am told about a “No Refund Policy” that was put up on their Bio after I requested a refund. Now they blocked me on their Instagram page, WhatsApp and there is no response from anyone from Drip.
