Please stay away from Drip Delivery...worse customer service ever...

I've bought a Nike sneakers from Drip Delivery for my daughter,and upon arrival it was big(they delivered according to what I ordered),then I started communicating with the guy name Joe from Drip Delivery,which I requested an exchange And Joe was was kind enough to agree to an exchange,which he requested for the bigger size sneakers to be returned through Postnet,

Which I did,and send confirmation to him that I did send through Postnet,and i receive a reply saying as soon as they receive the sneakers they will then send the 1 size smaller

But I have not received the sneakers,it's been 3 months and when I call their number it does go though and when I send a WhatsApp no one answers...

Drip delivery is worse regarding customers services, they are quite accept customers money but became mom when inquiries are raised.

I would like to have my money back from them..it will buy were customers are treated with respect..
