Dripkartel: Refund

I have bought Dr Martens from them on the 23rd July 2021. They are not updating me with my order and after I made a purchase, they confirmed to have recieved my payment and gave me order number, I've contacted them on their Instagram and whatsapp: *** but they do not respond anymore. I want my refund because they are not communicating with me.
