Drinibex C/O Tsepo Seema is a ***** and a *******- Watch out!

I paid Tsepo Seema who supposedly owns Drinibex R3900 for paving stones. He never delivered the stones and basically stole my money. After numerous follow ups, he has blocked me on whats app and simply will not deliver the stones or refund my money. I have opened a case of ***** at SAPS- please do not do business with Drinibex or Tsepo Seema- he is a ***** and *******!!!!
